Marketing Executive - Social Media Savvy & CRM Ace

Hours: 37.5 per week

Location: Hybrid. You can work from your home, though you must be able to travel to our Farringdon, Central London office when required.

About the role

We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team! You'll play a key role in driving lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement across various channels, particularly social media. You'll also leverage your HubSpot/CRM expertise to manage customer relationships and ensure smooth campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
  • Create high-quality content (text, images, videos) aligned with brand voice and audience needs
  • Manage and optimise social media ad campaigns for maximum reach and return on investment
  • Utilise HubSpot to nurture leads through automated email journeys and workflows
  • Support account-based marketing initiatives by identifying target accounts and engaging them through personalised outreach
  • Conduct SEO research and implement best practices to improve organic search visibility
  • Track campaign performance, analyse data, and report on key metrics to measure success
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and improve efficiency or quality of our internal processes
  • Use your marketing capability to create IP to augment our existing processes
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for marketing support in area of expertise, seen as a credible SME, drawing on senior support as required
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring on-going support for all marcomms activity, with senior support
  • Understand and focus on lead generation, ensuring all Marcomms activity assists in delivering the MQL target for the year

3) Have the following experience and abilities:

Essential - Marketing

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on social media
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot/CRM systems
  • Experience of campaign and account-based marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative and results-oriented with a passion for social media
  • Intermediate capability on CRM system, Hubspot
  • Intermediate PowerPoint capability
  • Presents written information and data professionally
  • Reporting, including monitoring and measuring effectiveness of Marcomms functions
  • Website marketing, including SEO optimisation
  • Digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, email marketing and pay-per-click advertising
  • Lead generation, ensuring all marcomms activity assists in delivering the marketing SQL

Bonus points:

  • Experience with other marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo)
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing
  • Proven ability to work with data and generate reports
